Hello fellow Spartans. I am starting a new program today called “Project Spectra”, I’m looking for about 24 candidates that believe that they can work well in teams of four. The candidates will be placed into these Fireteams of four members each. Each Team will consist of one fireteam leader and three other candidates. The leader is in charge of getting his members on at specific times, and grinding with them on any variant of arena game modes. If you would like to lead your own fireteam, then please respond to this post. If you are a dedicated player, but don’t believe you would be able to lead a team then respond and say that you would like to be a candidate. Each team, ounce assembled, will be able to decide on a uniform, color selection, and emblem. These decisions will be made as a team not just by the leader. However, the fireteam names are already provided.
There are six teams available to be candidates for, but I lead one of them.

You have a good setup there. The only problem is it’s a little too ambitious; unless you’re willing to sink 8 hours recruiting a day for the next few weeks you won’t be able to pull 24 candidates. There are tons and tons of clans, all with tons of recruiters, competing with you over very scarce recruits.
