Today I have received much information from US Gaming stores about Pre-ordering Halo 4 LE on the release date and here is the intel from them all.(9/19/12 (All Information gathered is for US)

Ebay has now started to bid away 25 Copies of Halo 4 LE(Buy Now Option has been removed)
Prices are as high as $130.00
GameStop
Currently Gamestop Online Stores have stated "All LE Of Halo 4 have been Filled"If you want to get your hands on it now from GameStop you will have to wait 1-2 weeks after for GameStop Online to receive More in Stock.
Amazon
The Seller who is offering the LE Halo 4 has made a post on the amazon Forums(post was removed due to many negative remarks and spam)about “running low on Pre-Order’s,If you want your copy you will must pre-order quickly.”

If you pre-ordered at gamestop…
If you haven’t finished paying it you will get another receipt with every bit of money you put down on it. If you lost your reciept it shouldn’t be a problem as long as you know your phone number and name. It also helps to have a power up rewards card. IIf you have it paid off and they still give you a hard time take $5 off of it and then put it back on. You’ll get another receipt. Either way you shouldn’t have a problem with this at Gamestop as they are used to these kinds of things. Best Buy and Wal*Mart on the other hand might be a little more difficult. I don’t really know about anywhere else. I usually only go to midnight releases at Gamestop and Walmart on occasion’s. Just remember if it’s Gamestop you have nothing to worry about. The only receipt you should try to hold onto is they one they give you/mark up at midnight release.
I pre-ordered it from best buy just the other day. I was really freaked out at first because I went to gamestop first and they told me they aren’t taking anymore pre-orders for it. But best buy is.
