I had bought a Halo 5 Limited Edition Xbox One console on November 1st as a gift for someone. I didn’t realize that it came with a digital copy of the game and would like to swap it out for a hard disc copy. Microsoft ended their swapping promotion on November 1st and were not able to help me out. Is there anything that 343 Industries can do? I am unable to find a contact number or email address for 343.
