I too am an LE buyer and at first I also felt cheated by Microsoft including the specialisation access codes to all players before Nov 20th, even those with the SE.
However, please consider the following before all the hate threads and “imma cancel” posts.

Almost everybody and their mother had the LE ordered to begin with, so there would already be a massive number of players with the code on day 1.

You have to reach SR50 before you can think about using any specialisations anyway, which would take most people a fairly long time I would’ve thought. Before most players hit this cap, 343 would’ve released all specialisations anyway. This will only affect the hardcore who power through like the game is going out of fashion.

If you were to cancel a LE now, you’re not forced to receive another copy for release. The shop I ordered from says they can only guarantee a release day copy if you order 3 weeks in advance, which is today. And that’s if it isn’t sold out!
Don’t get me wrong, I am not supporting 343 and Microsoft’s decision with this. They could still offer us LE users the Scanner and Strider helmets as a trade off and settle this whole ordeal. It’s just not such a massive deal as a lot of posters here are making out.
