LCE Digital Trade In Confusion Help

Hey everyone,

So I talked to Microsoft support Tuesday night (10/20) to trade my code for a disc, and I was given an order number and am unsure where to put it to track my order. I never received an email to confirm shipment. However, the Microsoft Support release about the whole process says it’s 3-5 business days from when you talk to support and says nothing about shipping confirmation. If I never got a shipping email and I contacted them the day that the service started being available, am I still gonna get it between Oct 23 and Oct 27?

I did it yesterday and still haven’t received any E-mails either. I’ll probably call the support hotline some time tomorrow if they don’t come through by tonight.

That whole process did seem at least a little janky to me also,
