So is law’s end coming for halo 3 in exchange or is it gonna be removed like the oni warthog skin?

I honestly don’t know they just keep rotating the same Warthog & weapons skins over & over again, getting something different would be winning the lottery at this point
yeah. Just rotate in the h3 avalnche skin for sniper and the two skins for the br in h4.

I think its OK for some skins to never rotate back, at least via the exchange.
Maybe bring back Recon Slayer and the challenge for the skin as one of the Tactical Exercises. Fits thematically.
it could. but the problem is if the come back as a ranked challenge again, i would never find a match as there is not enough people playing

The idea would be the existence of the challenge populates the playlist.
Imo, best option is to just bring all the seasonal challenge unlocks back permanently in the same format as achievement unlocks from legacy; remove the FOMO and let people earn them at their own pace.
