Launch vs E3 Gameplay Trailers

Hello everybody. I tend to re-watch everything Halo 4 every time something new comes out and noticed something. The E3 gameplay trailer ends with a deep ominous voice: “I have long waited for this day, reclaimer”

The voice in the launch trailer is smoother in tone and seemed obviously different than E3.

Here is my query: is the speaker in the E3 trailer the same as the Launch? I have considered Ur vs BS, but why would they both be on Requiem? Master builder, maybe? I look forward to your ideas.

Could be as simple as a change in the direction of the character’s voice between when that trailer was made and the final game. Maybe they didn’t think the voice in the trailer was exactly right.
