Was having issues downloading the latest update 12/7/14 which the download kept going into queue. I knew servers were busy so I waited as long as I could and on the 4th day I decided to go ahead and uninstall the whole game as I thought maybe a clean slate would help. Now im at 37% on day 5 and the game is on queue and will stay in queue no matter how many times I try and resume it. Any IDEAS???
Hard reset your xbox one.
Can you highlight the downloading update, hit the menu button and manage it in some way? I dont know honestly because all the updates have worked for me but it seems you should be able to cancel a pending download then restart MCC and try again…
I already tried hard resetting it a # of times. Im now at 47%, 10% in two days. I went into manage and tried to cancel the update before the uninstall and it wouldnt let me it asked me to uninstall the game instead. So I figured Id try that. Its just ridiculous how long this is taking. I know its not my internet net connection everything seems to be working fine.
Contact Xbox support then. The issue is either with your Xbox your on Microsoft’s end.
