Last Spartan Standing is the stupidest event in the world. If you’re going to make players watch others after they’re eliminated at least put a freaking time limit. Lone Ranger, constant shields and cloaking devices, no time limit, and elimination. Stupid all the way across. We want to play not sit idle watching other players. Very disappointed at you 343.

It literally tells you there’s ne penalty for quitting once you’re out of lives.
Just leave and find the next match

Doood, just leave. You’ll get your points/challenge progress whenever the match ends.
I didn’t realize what you meant by this at first but you’re right. They didn’t think to change the code so that quitting doesn’t remove the xp you gained from progressing the challenges. So you have to watch the rest of the game in order to get a completion.
This is not correct. You will get exp and progression once the match ends. So if you quit before the end you will just see a delay to getting your exp. Tested by myself and it works fine.

I re-installed the game after 2 months… played 4 matches of LSS and it was just absolutely boring. Also the whole “quitting” after you run out of lives is only going to cause a rash of people just rage quitting every game mode even more so imho.
So after all the waiting it only took me 15 minutes to realize im just going to un-install it yet again.
343 made me very sad today and i dont see the game being any better for well over a year, if ever…
I want to love this game but it simply doesn’t “feel” like a halo game. Just another fps w halo skins (that you can barely customize) with zero connection to what made halo fun in past games.
Just an absolute shame. I was really genuinely excited for s2 and then i played it…glad i didnt spend the money on the battlepass for s2. I was hyped and ready to invest a few bucks back into the game and i doubt I’ll ever boot it up again:sob:
