Last challenge always lies

1 challenge left?
Do it the upcoming challenges list is empty.

Does it.
Here’s 1 more blue challenge.

And its always something dumb that you can’t swap.

10 double kills.

Forgot it that’s going to take all week…
Just let me pay for the visor

Does it restrict you to a specific game mode? Some game modes I could see being easier to get that then others.

The challenge should be visible so you can plan your time.

Especially if it’s a big one.

But double kills are a dime a dozen in Fiesta.

It’s just frustrating. I think that the weekly ones are darker shade, but now I’m on the double kills I have lost the will to play any more for today.

These challenges are unfun grind. I just want a feminine colour visor.

The Ultimate this week is three double kills

You could do it inside a few dedicated hours. What challenges exactly are so bad?

Most of them to be honest. They suck the fun out of the game.

Get certain kills, play certain modes, backsmacks, sticks, wins, score. It’s all stuff you just do.

On the note of feminine visors, does something have to be pink and sparkly to be feminine? Any combination of things can work. Especially lighter or vibrant colours on a visor for a ‘feminine’ look.

The visor is cool though.

I think the point is that we shouldn’t have to be forced into only being able to progress some challenges at any one time. In MCC, we could make progress in all of the challenges depending on which game mode we wanted to play. We didn’t have to worry about a challenge being unlocked by completing another challenge. There’s much more flexibility in MCC than there is in Infinite.

Infinite needs to be more like MCC in that regard.

Specifically doubles or is it multikills? I really hate that distinction.

There are a couple of pink-purple ones I want, but this one looks quite nice with OPI armor shade, so I want it for that.

Exactly, I could just play MCC for some points to exchange. This challenge system, amongst other things, is a regression.

My problem is that its not something you can do intentionally.

You have to play a few games and hope the situation occurs.

Double kills?

No. You do have some control.

Get the sword or rocket launcher and you are good to go. In a pinch you can still nail it with the cinder shot, bulldog, or heat wave.

Stay out of the open and use your radar.

Not the hardest challenge by a long shot.

Go hog hunting.

or play some swat

you’ll get plenty in no time.

I’m pretty good at Halo. Not incredible. I pretty much always finish in the top 3 on the scoreboard. I’ve won a few LSS games. I’d say I count as average at least.

I don’t have much time to play. Whilst many of the challenges I’ll complete through playing normally eventually I tend to have to plan my games and my playstyles if I’m to complete challenges quick enough to be able to finish the weekly challenges and I don’t really find that the most fun way to play.

I really wish the challenges instead gave you a special currency, perhaps you could get the same currency with the in-game ‘trophies’ (double kill, triple kill, killing spree, boom block etc etc). Then you could use that currency to buy the items they release as weekly challenge items, allowing players to unlock the items they want rather than whatever 343 picks that week.

I know 343 won’t implement a system like that because they rely on FOMO and drip feeding content in return for a weekly grind to keep ‘engagement’ high for their metrics, I just wish I could choose what I want to work towards and when I want to work towards it. More like a game and less like a job.

If they want people playing the game, the entire progression system needs a total rework. That thing is FUBAR’d to the max.

AR, needler, BR, and Bulldog also work well for BTB, the needler even works well in Quick Play.

I find SWAT is pretty good for double kills. I got my three in two matches.
