This is one of a couple reasons I haven’t even touched ranked in over a month. As a lower level player wanting to get better it was always so frustrating to be playing well only to be continuously losing points becuse of losing matches due to teammates being dropped. i can’t even say it’s people quitting because I’ve had myself dropped out of games for no reason and I certainly didn’t want to quit. One second you’re playing and the next second you’re back in the lobby. All the more reason they need a rejoin feature. I’d say infinite should replenish your team with someone in the que but then who wants to be put into a losing game in ranked with 2 min left only to then lose points for losing the game. Just reading that makes me wonder what the heck they were thinking with the ranked sysytem. Do away with the whole losing vs winning and go off personal performance based on how the player played above or below their csr not penalized for their team being dropped from the server. Strange system and concept to say the least.
What happens when you let the matchmaker choose your teammates for you. They can only do so much from what information they receive.

So random crashes and lost connections are not happening with squads? Interesting 
I find people that don’t crash often and have only had it happen to me once when I played with friends in matches. I mean, I only usually crash if I start alt tabbing in and out of the game, other wise it practically never happens to me.
If you get someone that keeps crashing out of games, you replace them with someone else till they get their PC under control anyway. This is why you get more then the minimal team size, so if someone is having issues or can’t make it, you have other people who can fill the hole.
It’s not just PC’s though. I’m on an X and so are a lot of people and it still crashes mid game. I don’t think it matters what platform you’re playing on

It’s just rough regardless. Got to just take it for what it’s worth I suppose?
Try to find enjoyment in the game. Practice snap slides or something else. The lag out stink, but it’s part of the game unfortunately.
That’s a bad spell, but yeah maybe one in three games or so will have 3v4 start, early quit/disconnect, afk, or something else.
Rank is not really very meaningful anymore with small population and rampant quitting/disconnect, so try not to worry about it and just enjoy competitive games when you can get them.
