I would love to see the arbiter or spec ops commander from halo 2/3 with banished armor color and with red energy swords
chieftain of the brutes or brute army commander with banished armor color
and a banished prophet in a gravity throne that shoot red beams
the arbiter will get 2 red energy swords and with a combination of the arbiter from halo wars and halo 2/3
halo wars 2 multiplayer is not canon so everything is possible

I think a new faction would be dope. Someone who isn’t friendly with the UNSC but definitely isn’t friends with the Banished.
Maybe something like the Didact leading Promethean units.

Grunt, Jackal, Drone.
That way they will have a commander for all of the Covenant races barring the Prophets which thematically can’t be part of the Banished.
