Last 2 Premium Req packs missing

Hey guys,

I bought the Req Pack Bundle on November 28th and since then I’ve been getting all weekly pair of Monday packs until today that was supposed to be the last 2 packs but I am still yet to get them. I talked to Xbox support and they confirm I only got 12 packs so far so it would be nice to have my last 2. Please help? :slight_smile:
