Me and my friend is doing the laso playlist, and one the maps we have done does’nt show that it’s completed but we are past it and can’t go back what I know of? will we still get the achiement when we complete the last map or do we have to start over?

You have to start over.
After you finish the last level you will get the achievement. So you can keep playing
