LASO (Headmaster) still bugged

I finished the campaign on LASO twice and both times i have not gotten the Headmaster nor difficulty related achievements.

For some reason the mission “The Sequence” appears as not completed on other than normal I even re played it 5 times via mission replay in LASO and still shows as only completed in normal.

Anyone else has this issue?

They said you need to start a new playthrough. Mission replays are bugged and the way it was fixed, it’s gotta be a fresh start. You’re only hurting yourself at this point with mission replays.

I did a fresh start and have the same issue.
