You can do it Solo or Co-Op but either do it all Solo or all Co-Op you can’t mix them
When they say All Skulls On they mean ALL not even one left.

Yeah you need a bucket of fried chicken to keep you awake throughout the whole LASO Campaign.

Oh, so many South Park Cartman quotes/jokes about fried chicken come to mind. 
I will not eat such food if I choose to do a LASO run, again reference Cartman.
