TLDR: LASO PLAYLIST DID NOT REWARD ACHIEVEMENT OR NAMEPLATE UPON COMPLETION
I have just completed: The Maw on LASO, in the LASO Playlist
After the carnage report, the game crashed, I reload the game and I have a 10/10 LASO
playlist completion, with a 1/8 playlist completion. I did not receive an achievement or the coveted
LASO nameplate for Halo CE. I am very frustrated with this title, as the days of work that I have
invested have all been for nothing. Please fix this problem, and if possible, could you guys unlock the emblem for me?
I CANT EVEN GO BACK TO RE-ATTEMPT THE LASO UNLESS I PLAY THROUGH THE ENTIRE LASO PLAYLIST AGAIN,
WHAT IN THE NAME OF CHIEF 343?

The difference is that my game didn’t crash after The Maw. Later, I noticed that it didn’t even record a score or time for me on the LASO playlist. Is it the same for you?
I started another run, and I might have found my problem. On T&R, if Keyes dies, the game stops tracking your score even after the reloaded checkpoint! You can fix it by going to the dash, quitting, and restarting the game. I’ll pay close attention that something like this doesn’t happen in the other missions and maybe I’ll get the achievement at the end this time.

^ This is exactly what it was. “Like A Fine Wine” unlocked after 2nd completion.
That was a lot of play testing. I expect a check in the mail, 343 Industries.
I doubt the keys issue is mine. I did it coop but my friend got the chievo and I did not.
happened to me too. Beat halo ce LASO and no achievement. Says 10/10 complete. So frustrating
Beat this with a friend about a week ago.
He got the achievement but I did not.
He was host.
Says I beat the full playlist 10/10
They need to fix this…it took me literally like two weeks of my time to beat this for nothing…
Tried going into the first mission again and leave but did not unlock achievement or nameplate. When I tried playing first mission and leaving for the saga playlist it unlocked the nameplate. Didn’t work for this one though, thought it would. Now I am sad.

Has anyone tried BEATING the first mission in the playlist and get unlocks? Leaderboards show me having NO TIME on like any missions but my friend does have time on each one…
Add another to the list with this problem. I get multiplayer is a bigger priority on the patch lists, but can we at least get some word on if this is being looked into or not?
Lol. it was just a matter of time before things like this started popping up. and this RIGHT HERE is the main reason i stopped playing the MCC before they patch anything… I even said that i wanted to attempt LASO, but with the playlist bugs and achievements as they stand atm not even unlocking under normal circumstances, there is no way i was going to attempt LASO.
I feel for ya, My rage would burn hotter than a thousand suns if this had happened to me. But i got some bad news for you, you probably have to re-do it. I doubt they will just unlock the achievement for you. you will probably have to wait for them to patch it then attempt it again. I’m not even bothering to play the game till the issues are fixed.

I can’t see how I would have to redo it. I am not sure how achievements are coded for this but with my game saying 10/10 for missions in the playlist this should be an easy trigger for the achievement to say unlocked…
