I don’t know if this has already been reported…
I’m using the UK edition of the collection in Germany. In Halo 4 the cutscenes have german language but ingame there is no language at all - either english or german.
Is this a bug? I think so…

I have a somewhat similar problem. The game is very inconsistant when your language is set to anything other than English. I’m in The Netherlands and some of the UI and in game text is in Dutch (quite poorly translated I might add) while other parts are in English.
I’d rather have everything in English, but neither the game nor my Xbox One provide this as an option (the only selectable language for my locale is Dutch) :/…
