I live in France, but I speak English, and like to play games in their original language where possible. The dubs usually aren’t as good, often lax, and a lot of the time things like Easter-eggs and a lot of the IWHBYD skull dialogue are missed out completely. I’m a fan of Red vs Blue and it’s a shame to not be able to hear the original voices, and the dubs are pretty poor in comparison.
In Halo 4 I can watch the SPARTAN Ops episodes in English for some reason, which is great, but then the missions are in French, and of course the campaign is in French.
I was wondering if 343i would ever offer a language pack for foreign customers? Quite a few Xbox games offer them, notably Fable 2. It’s something I would pay for, if needed.
Yeah, I’m also from Germany and really miss the english voice in multiplayer. It’s a shame that right in Halo4 we don’t have english voice but in previous Halos.

In Halos 4 spanish version the Master Chief has TWO voices. Some times a different one goes on, like if the original voice actor did forget some lines. Not to mention the many areas where voice and lips do not MATCH.
Last Halo I buy on Spain.
Although, the local translations are normally really good. For example, the one of Gears of War 3 is awesome.
