Hello there, I will write what I was writing to Xbox support.
Yesterday I bought Xbox one X and installed Halo 5. Game have now 97.3 gb before update It was 109. And before update I had Russian language. Now I have only english (subtitles still in russian) and only in cinematic scenes, in normal gameplay I see subtitles but don’t hear any voices of characters (only gun shots, special effects etc.). I was trying to delete and install game again three times, but I have the same problem. I have VODS on my mixer account (Redirecting...) There only two videos, one from online match with russian language (you can hear it almost in beginning) that I did for test of new console X1X (before update) and other which I did for purpose with cinematic in english and without any voices in gampelay. With guy from Xbox support we did all necessary steps to figure thing out, that didn’t helped, after that he advice me to connect with halowaypoint.com support, what I exactly doing now. I hope somebody here will help me with my issue, because playing without any language it’s terrible. My gamertag in Xbox Live is: Bagirowski

Hi, I have the exact same problem in Switzerland. I bought the game one line too. I don’t know what to do neither.
I called Microsoft and they don’t have any answers.
