Laggy frames in breakout

Since the update, when I play breakout the frames become very laggy and drop down in quality. Yet when I run other playlist’s, I don’t have this issue.

Also I appear to lag a lot. I’ve reset my router and done a hard reset on my Xbox and still the same issue.
