Recently I’ve experienced some sort of lag issue (Only in Halo 5: Guardians online multiplayer and forge), in which I am frequently teleported in random directions. This usually happens when my character is moving (in this case I’ll be shot back a few paces multiple times), but also occurs randomly. Has anyone experienced something similar, and if so, is this a Halo 5 or Xbox Live server issue, or just a problem with my internet connection? And is there anything I may do to fix or reduce it?
This sounds like an issue with your own connection. Some things to check are:
- Your internet speed (download/upload) - Your NAT type (Open/Moderate/Strict) - Hard reset your console - Hard reset your router

Dude that’s like a standard thing since July.
it sounds like your Xbox’s connection to your router is unstable. You might want to try getting a Ethernet cable for your Xbox/router.
Honestly, I hate the lag. In modes where the odds can be stacked against you, (SWAT, Infection) The lag can be split second, but it can cost you everything if you have someone in your sights who ends up being behind you and ruining your streaks. Absolutely sucks.
