ok so you lose connection from the game and yet still get banned like wtf ???
There was an XBL outage earlier. If you are not wired I recommend you go wired. This resolved my disconnect issues. If you want to continue to discuss the ban, there is a ban thread pinned at the top of the page for ban discussions.
They do need to fix the lag because some people get disconnected by the lag or have to wait an hour so we can continue the game
