This game is no fun anymore which is sad after only being out a few months yall have allowed nothing but C.O.D Modders and lag switchers take over guys using AR’s yet making the sound and damage of a SAW and lag only occurring when fighting against someone or being randomly black screened. FIX THIS GAME or quit making them.

I wouldn’t rule it out. I’ve ran into host booters and some REALLY suspicious lag that felt like lag switching in this game. I’ve also ran into one instance of standbying in this game too, but he got quickly reported and banned. I will say this though: this game probably has the worst netcode I’ve played since Halo 2’s standby and lag switch shenanigans at launch.
I’ve seriously had half a dozen blackscreens in ONE game on Halo 4, something that wouldn’t happen in a WEEK for me on Halo 3 or Reach. 9/10 games on Halo 4 blackscreen at least once, and blackscreen goes on FOREVER sometimes, and can end up just booting players that it can no longer establish a connection for since it’s so laggy for so long in blackscreen. TERRIBLE netcode; Reach’s was easily ten times better. I don’t see why -Yoink!- can’t supply this game (heck, or XBL as a whole) with dedicated servers. Gears 3 got them, why can’t -Yoink!-'s flagship series? It’s just unacceptable.

I’m seriously considering having to choke my connection and slow it down a bit to prevent the lag compensation BS that keeps happening to me in this game (and this game alone.) I regularly have the best connection in a lobby, but get blackscreened because the netcode gave host to an Australian with DSL and two koalas humping for a modem and I get lagged out or stuck in blackscreen while other people are playing and killing me. I can count the number of times I’ve pulled host on my hands on this game, and I’ve probably played 1500 games online by now. It’s ridiculous.
I haven’t run into modders yet. Host booters, yes. Lag switchers, probably, but not sure.

I have had none of this happen… Maybe you should check your connection? Yeah I have the occasional laggy game every once in a while but I highly doubt I have ever run into a modder.
