I moved and have new internet connection so I have been lagging out alot. It sucks because Im stuck at #19 with a perfect 26-0 record afraid to play a game for fear I will lag-out.
Like this 1.8 min game with Quick2kill (who also had a perfect record in the top 10). Sadly the “GODS” of lag-out chose to give him a loss and me the win. But it could of gone either way. It really sucks Quick had to get his 1st loss due to a lag-out.

How many loss’s do you have due to Lag-outs? How frequent to lag-out? How do you think they should approach this problem in Halo Wars 2?

if you have such a crap connection then why bother playing? and in all the time I’ve played halo wars since it’s release I have lagged out of 1, yes 1, game. 1. uno. if your bored play customs or something or UA considering your team resigns on you 50% of the time.

Most of the time, the problem is with halowars (bad netcoding or something). When a person (usually the host) quits, sometimes, the game completely freezes for everyone else.
I play 1v1s mainly. I have been lagged out only 1-2 times in about 600 games.

Aloy from Robot said a couple of years ago that Halo Wars didn’t run on host. It shares the connection between all the players in a game. Also, I think I have only lagged out once, maybe twice.

Remember when it would DC anyone who bought the game off the market place, after the 4th update I believe.
Lol, robots dumb there is a host. Green or purple and if they quit it picks a new host. I used to lag out all the time. Now very rarely.
I actually have a question, I’ve had a few occasions where the game lag’s for like 3 mins then tells you that everyone else has resigned and you win. Does that actually count as a win or lose, Does it even count at all?
Eh, I don’t really keep count but the most obvious aside from firefight would be one time in griffball. My team was doing fine when all of a sudden the connections crapped themselves and suddenly it became an 8 way split, yes that means that we all went to different games which of course instantly ended.
It’s one of the times that makes you go: O.o

I was thinking what the heck? Since when did Halo Wars have firefight. It took me a minute to figure out what he was talking about.
Firefight Halo wars edition would be fun i gotta admit. though Halo wars forge mode would be a better add on
