I enjoy this game, 343 did a… Great… Job continuing on this series but I am utterly stumped at how such a large problem could be overlooked and ignored for so long.

There is a huge problem that I have seen a few people complaining over both in game and over forum, and that problem is so angering, so awful.
The lag out bans.
Yes I know people are going to be like “hurrdurr dont quit bro xddd” but the problem is we aren’t quitting, this is the game (or servers mind you) crapping up and lagging players out right as the game finishes.
You can play two games before getting banned.
First ban is a half hour;
I’m up to a FOURTEEN HOUR ban and I have quit maybe one game in the past two weeks.

I am using an ethernet cable currently and have no issues with other games online so I’m 99% sure it’s not an internet connectivity problem.

I just want to play Arena, from all of us affected by this game crippling bug,
Please fix this 343, we don’t want to abandon this game like we did with Halo 4 but seeing how things are going…

Tl;dr: Halo 5 has crap servers and many people are getting ban after ban while trying to play Arena

The bans in general are a bit heavy, people a quitting the game because of it. There needs to be a better punishment for quitters.

Completely agree. When xp/rp reward screen is supposed to pop up sometimes a red lost connection screen comes up instead, and it’s been happening increasingly lately. So rather than get my reward for finishing a match I get slapped with a full day ban. And it’s not my connection I’ve tested it. Great player retention strategy 343.
