Lag fix (server issue solved)

It too me in her than usual but I have an idea about lag as follows:

The physics of the game like bullet velocity and others relating to lag should be relative to the ping ratios…

Example
Sidekick bullet velocity = 100 m/sec
Dedicated server europe
Player a (Japanese player) ping 52 ms
Player b (poor man usa) ping 104 ms

Player a sidekick bullet velocity (unadjusted) = 100 m/sec
Player b sidekick bullet velocity (adjusted) = 120 m/sec

Formula
(Player b/player a)×(bullet velocity sec/1000)×bullet velocity + bullet velocity unadjusted = adjusted bullet velocity

The top ping should be the baseline for standard bullet velocity and others should be adjusted to reflect the delay. The formula should be applied to all characteristics of the game that are impacted by lag like aim assist but not things like jumping height.
