Lag during prime hours

Time Warner Cable. Lag occurs significantly after 4pm CST. Own my own modem and router. 30/15 net connection. All ports appropriately opened. 8n gigabit ethernet. Only game that does this during that time.

Load screen takes over 15 seconds. Games where that occurs, unbearable lag.

Please investigate.

This sounds like a problem that’s caused by your ISP and not the game or Microsoft since it only happens during prime hours your ISP backthrottles your connection to let everyone have a proper experience. It could increase the ping which causes lag
