Lag and Disconnecting from Xbox live?

The xbox 360 on the xbox one has been lagging, even in parties and I have been disconnected from live. I am not disconnecting from Xbox One’s live, only the 360 port? Anyone know any solutions. It’s hard to play because I keep getting kicked from lag.

I tried again and after a while everything gets all slow and staticy and I lose connection to the xbox 360’s live… wtf this is not fun

That happened to me and I refreshed the ‘What’s Happening’ thing and it worked again

Yeah same here, every so often during a game, just complete lag and slow motion gaming.
i even have two Halo Reach’s on my achievement page? My real one plus a fake one with 0/0 gamerscore!? Anybody else experiencing this?

I’m having the EXACT same issue and I’ve been on the phone with my internet provider and xbox all day, I’ve talked to a few people who were also playing halo reach on their xbox one and none of them had this issue. I keep getting disconnected from xbox live even though I’m still connected on xbox one, and if it keeps happening during games I’m gonna get temp banned from reach. I wanna play reach on my one so I can record clips and the colors look a lot better but if I keep getting lagged offline in the 360 port I’m gonna have to give up. This NEEDS to be fixed!

Some guy over here: https://www.reddit.com/r/xboxone/comments/3xf2m7/problem_with_backwards_compatibility/ said that he had the same issue and fixed it by going to Settings on the xbox one home screen>All settings>System>Storage>Clear local Xbox 360 storage

I did it and so far I haven’t gotten disconnected I’ll post and tell you if it works

Yea I can confirm this works so go clear your local xbox 360 storage from your xbox one and you should be good.

It says that my main account cannot connect to xbox live on this console
