There a lot of threads in the forums about de lack of content but there’s another problem that to me is more concerning in the long run, and that is the lack of synergies between the paid content and the f2palyers.
As far as I know in a F2P the F2players bring in the numbers, grind and get a little bit of the good stuff so the player base is always big enough for a healthy mm in all the game modes.

The shop: if you are an F2Player there is nothing in here to buy, there’s no in game currency so no synergies at all.
-
The BP: for a F2player the BP itself gives almost nothing, the fractures BP is the real content for the F2Player but the synergies are limited to the swaps that you can obtain from de seasonal BP. Even the XP boosters are useless because in the fractures events you clear levels by completing quests and not by gaining XP.
The other events are linked to de seasonal BP so for an F2Player there’s little to gain.
So to me there is something lacking to bridge both the pay for cosmetics system and the grind for cosmetics of a F2P game.
