Lack of social playlists? Not good.

Now, don’t get me wrong. I’m all for people proving to be the best of the best, showing their ranks, qualifying for playlists and everything that goes with it. I love it, and it’s a fantastic addition to the Halo multiplayer platform. Halo 5 is probably (in my opinion) the best multiplayer experience so far.

HOWEVER. Does anyone else feel that the lack of social playlists has a detrimental effect on the whole thing? Some days, I come home from work and I want to compete and play hard, rank up a few levels, get angry on the mic etc etc. But other times? I just wanna play, not think about K/D, not think about whether it will affect my win / loss, quit when I HAVE TO quit (not because I want to) and not be slammed to bits by the banhammer that is oh so overpowered.

Just like the old days, I want some good old fashioned, un monitored, non ranked playlists where I can relax and still enjoy everything Halo 5’s tip top multiplayer has to offer.

Anyone else think the same?
