Ok so we only have like two snow maps i think and i miss snowy enviroments with Halo such as containment from halo2 snowbound and sidewinder. not that i think there will be any more map packs after this one but we can always hope.
Maybe a covenant snow themed map like a burial mounds map or something.
I’d much rather have Halo Xbox One(or Halo 5) return the snow map(s). With the ‘dynamic wind’ element imagine the possibilities with snow, your visor could fog up/ice up and such.

The idea could definitely work if it’s done correctly. I really want to see gameplay of how the ‘dynamic wind’ uses the sand in lets say a desert map. I’ve read how you have to turn a certain way to, I guess ‘brush?’ the sand off the visor. I can see this working in Campaign or Spartan ops but for Matchmaking, it’s either a hit or a miss.
They need more space maps that are better than impact because that hardly feels like space. Any sand maps would be nice to with sandstorms i stead of blizzards that have been mentioned above.

More space maps, more snow maps.
I’m just glad they bailed on the “no gravity” effect.
What about hurricanes/typhoons?
Jungle-themed with rain and/or shorelines splashing at you.

Definitely those things
They need maps like orbital and anchor nine. Some covy themed maps would be nice
For CQC they could always make inside ship maps or big mansion and tower maps.
I’m more concerned about Covenant themed maps over snow/ice themed maps. Because unlike winter based maps, there are ZERO Covenant themed maps in Halo 4.

I really think Chillout from Halo PC/CE would’ve been a GREAT Covenant themed map for Halo 4. It was very close quarters and it had the perfect purple feel to it.
Halo 5 should incorporate all of these themes in to the new forge. Start with a blank slate, choose your theme, weather effects, time of day and you can change the theme of each individual forge piece on the fly. It would be really awesome!

Maybe they could use the magic visor brush that was in Star Wars: Republic Commando
