Lack of response from 343 Industries

343 does not provide a way for customers to contact them regarding issues with Halo 4, stating that the only way to contact them is via these forums.

That would be all nice and good, except for one tiny detail: No one from 343 is actually responding to anything written here.

Way to go…now THAT is customer service. Ignoring your customers is a bullet-proof way of ensuring that you don’t have to listen to us whine about problems with your product, but it has the side benefit of ensuring that no one will buy anything from you in the future because of a lack of responsiveness from anyone in the company.

Your automated banning system is HIGHLY flawed for one, loadouts are constantly reset, SR ratings are reset, server lag, and the inability to choose a connection region which prevents players from being able to choose a game in their own area (which creates MUCH of the lag people are complaining about) are just a FEW of the complaints being ignored.

People who do not even own XBOX mics are being banned from voice chat, console bans are being handed out because of excessive DNF ratings due to the afformentioned lag dropping the players out of games because of lag, etc etc.

Still…not a SINGLE word from 343. Not ONE reply.
