Lack of communication frm 343 makes this 10x worse

The fact that they’re rarely giving us updates about what is going on and when they actually do give us an update it is intentionally vague is outrageous. If they were open about the problems they are having and a true timeline of when certain items will be fixed, this process would be a lot less painful for the consumers. I’m not just speaking for myself when I say 343 is aggressively testing my patience. I love the Halo franchise and it really irritates me that they are going out of their way to destroy it. Communication is key here, so step up to the plate 343.

Cuz they’re working? Can’t post updates every 5 minutes. Then we will never get an update. Entitled -Yoink-… I swear…

How can they put out a timeline if they do not know when they will be able to fix the problems? There may be several issues that all form to cause one problem. They find one issue but if they leave another the problem persits. They just need to work on the fixes and push them out as they are completed.

I agree with the Thread creator. It isn’t about asking for timelines, it is about keeping us posted. Let us know what they know.

Most of us are not inept when it comes to computers, or even basic programming.

It would make no difference towards the fixing of this game if every two hours one of their employees spent 5-10 minutes making a twitter post.

How hard is that?

Keep the consumer informed.

I agree if you were to just look at the news you would think the problems are not that bad. However I wonder if they are completely dumbfounded on all the issues and are realizing they have an impossible task of fixing everything.

I see this as a battlefield 4 repeat and maybe next year it will work some what properly.

Yes, we’re all entitled because we want an update ever 12 hours or so. 343 packed it in for the weekend so we won’t hear anything else until Monday afternoon.

-Yoink-.

They posted an update in the forums, twitter and Facebook about 12 hours ago. Check the post update on the support forums for more info.

So you want twitter post after twitter post that says
“Working on the problems!”
“Still working!”
“Know what?! We are still working!”

That is stupid. They have already stated that they are aware of issues and are working to correct them.

There is a reason they have people dedicated to managing the community. Bravo updating us via social media does not negatively impact the production of content updates. All I’m asking is that they are candid with us and tell us what the problem is or that they have no idea. I realize that some people will defend 343 blindly, but enough is enough. They have seriously let down the entire community with their incompetence. They need to start in the right direction and that begins with being frank with the community and exactly what they are doing to fix it.
