Has anyone else realized that when people post recruitment posts almost no one responds. It is literally a pain in the rear to get new people into a Spartan Company.
Yes, but that’s usually how it goes. There’s literally far too many options to just decide which to pick, so you have to impress people. That, and since the game isn’t released everywhere yet, people may not have put thought into joining one yet, or are aware that the community is already up and going. Give it a week, and expect activity to rise.
Completely, just to many groups vying for attention so it is hard to get the company noticed. My group currently has 3 and always looking for me. We just like the idea of having competitive and communicating team members for 12v12 warzone and its impossible to find it you just do matchmaking without a party.

Yea I’ve noticed. I’ve been advertising a company/clan I’m in for a while but nobody ever responds lol.
I guess the best thing you can do is meet people in match-making with so many people out recruiting. At the moment I’ve only got one friend who I’ll probably play Halo 5 with because most of my buddies still don’t have an Xbox One. D:
ya same here. I agree with Jam Man tho. Halo is a great game to meet people in matchmaking. I got 15 in a group. was hoping to make it larger fast for full teams in warzone.
I would agree. with so many people looking to make their own companies, and no one actually playing the game yet, there’s a lot of posts with little comments. I created one, which is finally active now, but I only have a few friends that joined. So far, noone’s really seemed to interested in joining. I’ve even received invites from others to join their company even though I’m already apart of one, which is somewhat frustrating and really bothers me to be honest. Hopefully the tide will change after the game launches and people start playing the game.
