Would you like for Chief to learn all that happened to Kurt in the story, and information about other Spartans?
How’d you think he’d react to this information?
Two more games coming that we know of so they could probably do alot with that story in the next two games.
I wouldn’t mind a little cameo given to Chief about what happened to the other Spartans since Ghosts of Onyx. Heck, that would probably be a real emotional moment for him.

Exactly, it might be a way to show some rare emotion towards his old ‘friends’ and team mates.
