Hello, I am recruiting for a fairly new Halo 5 clan, Koslovics. We have been growing exponentially since we started a month ago. This is mostly because of our clan’s unique structure of government. We have no single clan leader; instead, we are run as a democracy led by a council which makes decisions democratically. We allow members to vote on many important changes to our clan. This method of government has made our members happier and more loyal.
