Hello, I know this is being a known issue here on halowaypoint, But the developers doesnt do anything to help us.
I bought the Ultimate edition on ‘day one’ in the microsoft store (PC) For crossplay to my XBOX One. All the content downloaded fine on PC.
But, the season pass doesn’t download on my Xbox One. This only tells me to buy it over again. I feel im so stuck and lured by the developers. I spent so much money on a game that doesnt give me what i paid for. The new DLC tells me i own it but ingame i cant see my new cards ( i opened the packs too )… but looks like its did not.
I contacted Xbox live support, and all they did was running a troubleshoot with me. Nothing worked then they told me to contact here. And there is no place i could contact the developers either.
PLEASE HELP US OUT.
