Know how I know Halo 4 Is going to be good?

Because the majority of complaint threads are now about how the freaking grunts look…

i know right?

i mean, yeah, they look different, but does it really matter?

it’s just a friggen game

Didn’t you know? All Halo games are only as good as the grunts they have in them. So bad grunts = bad game by default.

I don’t even know if that statement is sarcastic or serious.

Just wait till the drop off even the smallest bit of info and all the threads will be ranting about that for a solid day or two

Ahh omg the grunts look different, now I ACTUALLY want to kill them lol…

Oh, so true. If only people could use your logic.

Its already been said that the Grunts will still run away with their squeaky screams in the middle of combat… and that is enough for me. As much as I love the Halo lore, an extra toe doesn’t really affect me. I like how the Grunts look more alien now…

Very good point.

Also, I think the major complainers have given up at this point. I’m personally glad, because now I can post a thread without it devolving to “It should be exactly like Halo 2 with better graphics”

you know how I know?

1 near unlimited funding
2 appropriate developing cycle time
3 360 exclusive
4 EA is not involved

So long as they still have the comical quotes from Reach/Halo 3 then I will be fine. Grunts added a comical stray from the seriousness of campaign taking their squeals and quotes away would be sad. OT: I like the new grunt look

Yeah normally it’s complaining about every single thing they see but it’s nice to actually have a forum not full of this game will FAIL topics

Fixed it for you.

I don’t like how the enemies are getting more Alien although at first it doesn’t make sense that I said that but hear me out. In Halo 2 to which undeniably is the best Halo had Covenant with more civilized qualties to tell an epic story in Reach the story was to one sided and wasn’t as vast a story as Halo 2 because the enemies were talking gibberish and growling at me you couldn’t get their side of the story.

rant

Bioware is owned by EA - you just reiterated what he said.

I would say that the majority of the complaint threads have to do with more core game play features and their role/balance in matchmaking.

I don’t agree/disagree with every point, but the community seems more focused on fundamental multiplayer game play.

may I spartan brofist you?

also…lets make it more specific. Casey and Mac are not involved.

I know it’s going to be good because even the worst Halo is an infinite amount of fun.

I laugh at all these crybabies whining about everything and missing out on these awesome experiences.

I know, right? Even though I find Reach’s default combat …uncomfortable (there’s no other way to describe how some of Reach’s gameplay made it impossible for me to settle in to), I still had countless hours of fun in Campaign, Forge, and Custom Games
