Knight Commander+Crawler snipers- best place?

I am after Vanguard armor and these commendations are my lowest!
Anyone give me a few tips where i can find some?

I heard that E2C5 (Gagarin) is the best for farming enemies…

Enemy Counts CHART Spartan-Ops [w/ Episode 6] by TheSchnitzelMan.

Spartan OPs Enemies by Difficulty by me.

In terms of the Crawler snipers, Gagarin and the Challenge, both on legendary, are your best bet. As for the Knight Commander, Switchback on Legendary would be your best shot, though The Didact’s Gift on Legendary comes a close second aswell.
