I dont know about anyone else but back when halo 4 first came out and I realised that the combat knife didnt have a sheeth I was actualy disapointed.
Ever since reach I was hoping for the ability to actualy choose diffefernt knife models and placements, maybe even to the extent of being able to choose in a list your custom assassinations.
I thought it was kind of cheap the way that the knife just comes out of your wrists it ruins it a little bit for me. And every time I do an air assassination on a spartan I dont even see the knife in my hand (ive checked on theatre its not there) And if its not supposed to be there it doesnt look as if that would kill someone,by swiping a fist at their back.
I kind of see that maybe we dont have a sheeth because that was never in MC’s armour design but in the campaign he does use one so I think they should of either encluded one even on mc or not given him one and create MC special assassinations for capaign.
But in general I deffinatly dont like the current state of assassination dont get me wrong some of them arnt half bad but they could have been done much much better. I even preffer reaches ones to some extent because as least it was plausable…opinions anyone??
