KItchenaid mixers are wonderfull. They have been around forever and still bring joy to woman all over the world. They have made small changes here and there, added new attachments and yet the mechanical operation of the mixer has stayed the same.

Is this spam?

No, I’m sure it isn’t spam. There’s a cryptic message to the community here. C’mon, Leronas. Don’t leave us in suspense.
…
Seriously. Don’t make any noise, you’ll scare him off…

Well said & perfectly summarises a large portion of community opinion of kitchenaid mixes.
Ok, he’s busy doing whatever it is he does. So I’ll speak for him. “Kitchenmaid mixer” is a metaphor for what (the OP thinks) Halo should be: a rock-steady core of gameplay, with only slight cosmetic changes here and there to “update” the warhorse. Anything beyond these minor changes, anything which (heaven forbid) changes the core gameplay, is by definition messing with the success of the formula. Remember “New Coke?” This is what he is saying. And also something about women which may or may not be vaguely misogynist, but almost certainly probably is. Or not. He thinks Halo 5 should be Halo 3 with the “3” crossed out and a “5” written in over it. I think. I’m pretty sure. Yeah, definitely probably that. And he hates New Coke. Well, who didn’t?

Well, he was right about New Coke…
It seems like we are getting the Sunbeam Mixmaster masked as a KItchenaid.

Sounds about right, 1st gen mixer didn’t really hit it’s stride & was only used at private functions & ceremonies & wasn’t till it’s evolution where 2nd & 3rd gen mixers were widely accessible for all & considered the golden era. A spinoff mixer was made which got a lot of criticism so they released a 4th gen as an attempt to get back on track but it just furthered the divide. For the new 5th generation the prior fans of all mixers beforehand are contesting over how it should function & the attachments that are added. A demo model has been released for trial with very mixed opinions so we wait & behold what we get at final retail.

I like to start my brownies and muffins with a BR.
I accidentally broke a mixer making cookie dough, then I bought another mixer for about 20$.

Except it isnt. The original Kitchen -Yoink!- had metal gears, and was industrial, but they made a cheaper model that looks more polished yet has plastic gears. It was a complete redesign, and does sell well. And while there are plenty of people who like the redesign, there are many who wish they would go back to all metal gears.
This is actually a thing.
I can’t believe this is actually a thing.
Happening right now.
I see what you’re trying to do here, but no… Just… No…
