I have the season pass, and I updated my game, an downloaded Kinsano dlc, and I open the packs, but when I want to play with her, I can’t, It says that I need to buy the dlc, but I already downloaded, so what is happening, does this has a Solution??

Xbox Live is reporting issues with paid content in the store. However, if you haven’t already, try to clear your console cache / do a hard reset - it has worked earlier for others in a similar state (myself included). Hold down the power button for approx. 10+ seconds until it fully shuts down (keep it held down). Not sure if necessary or not but some of us also then pulled the power cord out for 10-15 seconds. Then when everything powered back up we had Kinsano correctly unlocked in-game for use (we had already downloaded/installed her).
I have tried this ^ 5 times over the past hour, including removing the cord, I received the packs, but am still unable to use Kinsano, and for some reason my xbox redownloaded the entire game when I turned it on tonight. I’m giving up and will try again tomorrow.

Physical copy here, I also have the SP and Kinsano isn’t working
I have the game disc and the season pass. Also proceeded with the hard reset (multiple times) and still nothing. Hoping for a fix soon!
