So I am the owner of the deluxe edition on HW2. So after I saw the new DLC I was eager to try it out.
After launching the game and updating I was ready to jump into a battle with Kinsano.
But after trying to select her in a Deathmatch battle it redirected me to the store where it says that I already own the DLC.
After restarting the game it still wasn´t available.
Does anyone else have this problem? If so is there a solution?

Go to your season pass and hit “manage” it should be ready to install there. That’s what I had to do.
Yeah it doesn’t automatically install it for you. Go to the Kisano character. Then click install. Should take 30 seconds.

Same in principle right? Try going over to your season pass on the Windows store and see if there any options through there?

Try unplugging your Xbox, restarting Halo Wars 2, re-installing Kinsano, and then doing a reboot for your Xbox. Not necessarily in that order.
Unplugging worked for me, personally, though I’ve heard the others worked for some other people.

Okay I found the season pass in the store but it says that the DLC is only available for xbox one… which is weird, considering it´s play anywhere

I don´t really know what happend but after playing a few rounds in Blitz I encountered an opponend that used Kinsano.
Long story short, I finnished the match and she was playable after that. No idea why and how but it works now thats all that matters
