I played a bit of Kinsano yesterday in Blitz, started out with 3 Hellbringers [Hell Drop, Veterans, Standard], both Flame Hogs and Inferno. Did they buff her? Because I’m actually able to get wins with her now. Like, 5 times in a row before a loss. It was awesome. Even the likes of Colony stood no chance in most encounters
Edit: Oh, I changed my deck btw… Just two HBs now I think. Replaced one with Kinsano Cyclops. Is she worth using in Blitz?
But she’s definitely better across game modes. In ones she’s definitely useable thanks to the buffs to her mech, abilities, warthogs, and hell bringers.
A lot of starting armies got buffed in Blitz Kisano’s included. Her hero cost went down a bit and the Y ability was boosted. She’s one of the better UNSC leaders in Blitz and worth using if you like unsc (cutter received some pretty massive buffs through his ODST and Anders became more competitive as well) Overall banished still better than most unsc especially shipmaster who got sizable buffs despite already being one of the best leaders.

Looking forward to hearing about it. I really want Kinsano to be viable. It’s hard for leaders with no eco upgrades to compete outside of Blitz, even more so when they get dusted via nerf gun.

She’s so much fun. There were a bunch of cyclops stood there so I sent in the mech first and used the Y ability, they just vanished instantly it was hilarious.

The affected units have to die for the explosion to happen.

They did. Only thing that happened was a little electric thing around where they were for a few seconds. No explosion or damage to enemy units.
I have tried Kisano as of the current patch at least with the hellbringers rush, and I find it kind of limiting if you don’t transition into flame hogs mid game. Following this point, while it may prove somewhat effective for rushes with red line passive, and or hell charge I am still of the opinion that staple leaders like Forge, Cutter, and Serina can do this Job much better with more adaptive leader kits.
