Kinsano Blitz Packs Disappeared

1. What is the issue? When I looked today on the Main menu of the Blitz Mode I saw that I had received 5 Blitz Packs. They were named as Kinsano Blitz Packa. When I opened them they all disappeared without giving me any unit or showing a Blitz Card. Will they come back? I havent received even 1 unit…
2. What platform are you playing on? Xbox One S, but I also play sometimes on PC.

> The team let me know that nobody will lose / miss out on their cards. Kinsano isn’t officially available yet - the pack was published to marketplace before the content update itself was pushed to game. (it’s a rolling / overlapping release process) currently the official release time is supposed to be approx 9am PT so it might be wonky in the interim. I’ve asked the team what will happen to those who opened empty packs and will update when I get an answer. (not sure if cards will just appear in your collection or if you’ll need to re-download / re-open) @ske7ch343

Thanks, Plastic Hassle. I was going to report the same, though I stopped opening them after 3 tries.

When I look at my Card Library online, I see some Kinsano cards. Maybe there are some that I’ve missed:
Veteran Hellbringers Lvl 2
Hellcharge Lvl 1
Helldrop Lvl 2
Flame Warthog Lvl 3
Veteran Flame 'Hog Lvl 2
Inferno Lvl 1
Kinsano’s Cyclops Lvl 1

All of these show that they are exactly at the beginning of the level, no blue bar. Maybe these came from opening the packs or maybe these are just the beginning stats before any packs. I’m guessing the latter since none of them are partially progressed to the next level. These aren’t visible in game yet.

This was an issue caused by the store publishing the packs before you actually received the in-game content update. So, you downloaded Kinsano but when you opened the packs, the content wasn’t there. Once you download the content update in-game (it’s live now), the cards will show up in your card collection/inventory.

I tried this but cards do not show in card library nor does Kinsano show in decks tried quitting an reloading the game with no luck

It has worked for me… I ve never opened the packs again but they are in my library and quite leveled… so I think it has worked?
