Don’t know but it went because 343 likes hiding the playlists with low population. KoTH was not fairing well and and such it got booted.
Tho only way to get the commendations for it up are to play it through the crummy DLC playlist which has less then 1,000 players most of the day.
If you don’t have the maps you can’t play it.

KoTH was my favorite playlist… like its all i played. It’s ridiculous they took it out. i almost stopped playing, its one of the most classic playlist in halo. It needs to come back

He’s calling 343 crazy. Not speaking on their behalf in any way. And he’s right. King of the hill needs to come back as a normal playlist for the non DLC maps. 343 is crazy for making it so difficult to play king of the hill.

KoTH is awesome.
They need to work on the commendations. IF you have the Crimson DLC you still have a small chance it’ll be KoTH…
Also, we need commendations for SWAT etc…

But perhaps its best to put Objectives in a single gametype. I mean, CTF doesn’t have that many people online. Extraction is gone already. KotH is gone.
Perhaps it is a good idea to make a BTB Objectives gametype. Have CTF and KotH be in there. Maybe that will attract some more players. Seeing as BTB is by far the most popular gametype in H4.
