At the beginning of each King of the Hill match I begin to play, the box that normally pops up when a challenge is completed comes back as “Challenge failed.” Is anyone else having this problem? If so, is it rectified by a simple restart of the game/xbox? I checked the first few forum pages and didn’t see anyone with a similar problem, thanks in advance.
This was happening to me a lot earlier in Slayer, Extraction, etc. I never noticed it when playing King of the Hill.
The challenge is indeed bugged 
Its a bug and a quite annoying one too. Always appearing in-game in the middle of a game.

Same here, shame. Couldof used the XP today. 343 as said by Fry “Fix it fix it fix it fix it fix it fix it…fix it fix it fix it fix it!”
I saw this in SWAT. I found it weird that it would show up every match saying I failed. The only challenge you can really fail is getting a perfection. So I don’t know why it showed up.
I only noticed because it would say I failed it every time. I didn’t care about it, though, since I don’t need the XP.
And is it ever annoying…
