Kinect Wont work even after upgrade

I got kinect for Christmas and was hoping to use it with Halo Combat Evolved Anniversary. Kinnect works fine with Kinect Adventures. However with CEA the speech recognition works, but none of the actual controlling of the game. I have performed the required update for this to work and I have xbox live.

In the Kinect options it just says that tracking is not supported.

any ideas?

All Halo CEA does with the Kinect is Voice. Thats it

Only the voice commanding and the model rotation in The Library (from the main menu) will work with Kinect.
