It is kinda annoying that we who got the LCE and other similar downloaded editions from the Store or code are unable to play offline, yet those who have already recieved their physical copies are fully capable of doing so. While I do not mind waiting till the 27th it is unfortunately disheartening to see so many people able to play the campaign already and I am unfortunately sat here admiring an admittedly pretty awesome statue and a game in my Game Hub that I am unable to play till the 27th. God save the Queen my fellow Brits, play hard and have fun to everyone else!
You can’t really be mad about not being able to play the game early. Only a couple days now anyway.

You misinterpret, it is annoying admittedly but I am not mad my anger levels are mainly directed at the fact I have to work an extra couple hours tomorrow when I am already on the jut of being burnt out. Nah just had to voice my opinion that there is a disparity between the fact that getting the capability to Pre-load has been outmoded essentially by people getting the Physical Edition early. But as I said mate I am quite content to wait till actual release day
I’m actually quite enjoying all the people crying that they can’t play their early copies. I’m deviously grinning at the thought of this being implimented on all games in the future to maintain the scope of control before launches.
I just don’t like how many people were given early copies. It seems like anyone who has more than 1000 subscribers/followers has it and has been playing for a week
If you were close I’d let you borrow it. I’m so bored. I beat the campaign on legendary and will be bored untill multiplayer is open.

These were not people that got the Pre-Release review copies they just got the physical copies shipped early and are able to play Single player offline. As I have already stated which people seem completely oblivious to I DO NOT MIND WAITING TILL THE 27TH. I thought there were supposed to be control measures to stop accidental early shipping? That is what I am annoyed about. Also I don’t know anyone that cries when they are annoyed might just be me but I don’t know haha

I have no problem with those review copies being played they serve a vital purpose for the game, advertisement, no matter how great the game is if it hasn’t got advertisement it either will fail to grow or will grow so slowly that the game won’t survive long term. We want Halo 5 to survive long term (I hope) So I don’t mind them essentially getting free publicity for this.

This is how I feel. I watched some streams and it was nice to see large audiences checking in. Moreover, it was nice to see a chat in which gamers who hadn’t been into Halo get hyped about the game! Word of mouth, FTW.

Great banter 10/9
Good things come to those who wait!
I agree only on the part about the LCE. We spent $250 the least they could have done was given us access to the mp part of the game. Now I’m not mad about it I just wish it was something they had done. Even if it meant we only got the mp side for a day so be it. I would have liked to have seen LCE owners to have early access to the mp side.

10/10 would do again
Agreed
TBH early copies seem to be the ONLY incentive to get a physical copy nowadays. Lucky them, but it’s not worth getting annoyed about.

Well annoyance is uncontrollable to be honest haha, but It’s not that hard to get over all I have to imagine is their chagrin if their copies get scratched etc. and they can no longer play muahahaha
I’m happy playing at launch if it means I don’t have to switch disc anytime. Fair trade off for me.
